Corrugated Cardboard and Paper Industry

Corrugated Cardboard and Paper Industry

The fully automatic press-controlled strapping machine is designed for strapping corrugated cardboard and paper industry products after the pressing process.

Strapping machines differ from other sectors in the corrugated cardboard and paper industry. Products must be packaged securely without any damage during the packaging process. For this reason, different pressing forces are applied to products of different wavelengths. Strap tension setting is determined according to the product. If necessary, bottom or top corner edge protection cardboard can also be used.

Pallet strapping machines are used to secure stacks of corrugated boxes in the corrugated cardboard and paper industry. Depending on the pallet dimensions, the machines are produced to respond to the entire product portfolio. Thus, the efficiency in packaging is increased.

Strapping Machine Features

Top – Bottom corner carton feeding application

Top - Bottom corner cardboard application in strapping machines is used to prevent stacks of corrugated cardboard or paper products from being cut by strapping.

Capacity

Capacity is shaped according to customer demand. Increasing the speed of elevator, bayonet, strip application and corner carton placement provides a significant increase in the number of pallets being hooped.

Adjustable options

Via the operator panel, users can configure different types of binding functions. Options such as parallel or cross binding, number of straps, printing ratio, corner cardboard feeding application can be selected on the screen.

Print rate

The products are compressed with pressing force before the strapping process is applied. In this way, optimal load safety is achieved by reducing the loading volume.

Rotary system

The lever system or rotary conveyor allows the products to be rotated. Thus, the products are strapped diagonally on the same machine.

Centering system

The centering process is done on the products before the strapping machine or on the machine conveyor.

This process ensures standard and accurate alignment of products
