The fully automatic strapping machine is designed for vertical wrapping of surrounding windings.

It is loaded and centered in the area of ​​the strapping machine through the coil conveyor system, with its direction horizontally parallel to the transportation direction.

The lower nozzle moves forward and closes the belt channel around the bend. The belt is fed in and the side mount head moves towards the coil for sealing.

For the application of multiple straps, the coil is either positioned by the conveyor system (stationary machine) or the strapping machine moves to preset positions (moving machine). A double-headed version is available for simultaneous application of two belts.

ZE-NO offers these strapping machines with different heads for different strap types and belt qualities.

In addition, the application of wrap protectors can be integrated into the strapping process. Additionally, a coil marking device or a label applicator can be attached.
