The fully automatic horizontal strapping machine is designed for strapping fresh fruit and vegetable products.

Fresh fruit and vegetable products must be packaged reliably without any damage during the packaging process. For this reason, different tension forces are applied to different types of products. Strap tension setting is determined according to the product.

Adjustable options

Via the operator panel, users can configure different types of binding functions. Options such as parallel or cross binding, number of straps, printing ratio, corner cardboard feeding application can be selected on the screen.

Force is applied to different types of products at different hoop tension rates. In this way, the strapping process is carried out without damaging the products.
